2. Payment Terms

2.2 Late Payments

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the lawn area is accessible on scheduled service days. This includes removing any personal items, pets, or obstacles that may impede service delivery.

Ensure gates and locks are accessible or provide necessary access codes.

3.2 Plant Protection

4. Service Standards

We strive to deliver high-quality services consistently. In the event of any service-related issues, clients should notify us within 48 hours for resolution.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination does not absolve any pending obligations, including payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
